The book consists of two parts:
In part one, his mother talks about life in Lubya before and during the time the village fell under occupation by Zionists. Also, in the introduction of Part I, you’ll see a historical background about Lubya, the social relations, and the inhabitants’ refugee journey to Lebanon.
In part two, he talk about his childhood as a Palestinian refugee born in a destitute camp. He describes the life of the refugees in the Wavel camp in the period from 1955 to 1973, and talks about subsequent migrations to other destinations. He also discuss the Palestinian Diaspora.
