Dr. Youssef Iraki authored it, detailing his day-to-day experiences in the hospital of the Tal El-Zaatar camp during the siege. The narrative offers a day-by-day account of life in the camp while the massacre unfolded  Tel Zaatar was a Palestinian refugee camp north of Beirut.  Right wing  militias laid siege to the refugee camp for 60 days. When the camp fell, no quarter was given to the survivors, and the victims numbered in the thousands.
